  • From JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad to Purdue UniversityVidhur Kotani’s journey is a testament to what’s possible when you combine ambition with the right guidance. An engineering graduate from JNTU, Vidhur began his career at Pegasystems. But soon, he set his sights higher — towards a master’s abroad. That’s when he teamed up with our mentors to chart his path. What followed was a series of well-earned admits: Duke University, Tufts University, New York University, Rice University, North Carolina State University — and the one he’ll soon call home, Purdue University’s MEM program. His advice to future applicants? “Don’t stress only about grades or test scores — your story and how you tell it matter far more.” Thinking of applying abroad? • Bhargav's journey keeps reaching greater heights! From MIT World Peace University to Cornell University! While working at John Crane he balanced his dreams and career, with a little help from our team, he is en route to the Ivy League. Dreams, direction, and the right guidance are all you need to start your journey. Resources are in the comments. #StudentSuccess #studyabroad

Time to hit the books again?????? (at an Ivy this time ??)! I am pleased to announce that I have been accepted into the Cornell Engineering Management program at Cornell University, starting in the Fall of 2025 ?? . This journey has been anything but perfect, and that’s what made it meaningful. It’s been a mix of mistakes, lessons, small wins, and the kind of setbacks that force you to pause and ask yourself, “Can I do this?” There were days I felt stuck, moments when I doubted myself, and times when it seemed easier to give up. Along the way, I’ve come to understand that growth doesn’t always feel like progress — it often feels like frustration, long nights, and quiet perseverance when no one is watching. But it’s in those moments that I discovered my real potential. I learned to find my limits, break them, push beyond, and realize that I’m capable of more than I once believed. This journey wasn’t just about reaching a goal—it was about learning who I am when things get tough and finding pride in the process itself. A sincere thank you to Diana Peppin, who made the conversation feel more like a meaningful exchange than an evaluation. Your thoughtful questions and insights made me even more excited about joining the Cornell community. It was a reminder of the incredibly collaborative, inspiring environment I’m about to step into. A heartfelt thank you to Gradvine and Vaishnavi Pekety, who guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise. From helping me refine essays to navigating tough decisions, your mentorship made this possible. To my parents (Ganesh Hindurao), thank you for being my biggest support system. Your empowering upbringing, constant encouragement, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in me gave me the confidence to dream big. I’m deeply grateful for the values you’ve instilled in me and for always reminding me why the journey matters just as much as the destination. Forever grateful and indebted for all that you do for me???? Starting college again after two years of working feels like stepping into a familiar room, but finding all the furniture slightly rearranged. Suddenly, it’s back to “raise your hand to speak??♂?” instead of “reply all??,” office coffee has been swapped for campus coffee?, PowerPoint decks are out, textbooks are in, though both still seem to come with late nights and that familiar last-minute scramble. But this time, it’s different. I’m coming back knowing exactly why I’m here - intending to build on what I have learnt, gather new skills, and utilize them to contribute to the greater good of society. Now I’m back to the classroom with a little more life experience, a lot more curiosity??, ready to learn, unlearn, and maybe even relearn how to pull all-nighters, but this time with a purpose and a better sense of humor. Proud Cornellian! Go Big Red????! Cornell Engineering Cornell Engineering Management #Cornellian #Graduatestudent #MastersofEngineering

I was fortunate to receive admits from: The Johns Hopkins University Duke University Tufts University North Carolina State University University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign New York University Northeastern University Sincerely grateful for each one, but Johns Hopkins felt like the place where everything aligned. The program’s focus on building technical expertise and providing real-world problem solving opportunities is exactly what I was looking for. ??
